Introduction
We have the capability to customise the Vertical Farm based on the unique requirements of our clients. The vertical farm is flexible and can be adapted to suit the specific crops or preferred growing styles of our clients. Our vertical farming systems are versatile and suitable for cultivating a diverse range of crops, including Microgreens, Leafy Greens, Herbs, Soft Fruits, and High-Value Crops.
Building Structure
We have the expertise to adapt an existing building for your needs, or our team can assist you in designing and installing a structure specifically tailored to accommodate your vertical farm.
Grow System
The Vertical Farm can incorporate adjustable grow racks, allowing horizontal movement from side to side. Constructed from steel, these racks feature plastic trays for plant placement, fostering vertical growth. The facility can be equipped with one or more 0.6/1.2m wide trays. Each grow rack can reach a height of up to 6m, accommodating up to 15 levels. The racks are designed to move horizontally, providing pedestrian access on both sides and ensuring adequate spacing for optimal airflow across each shelf. This system allows for the use of pots, trays, or rockwool slabs, offering flexibility in terms of growing medium, techniques, and plant density.

Grow Racks
The container can incorporate two or three grow racks, with each rack capable of reaching up to four levels in height. These grow racks are adjustable horizontally, allowing movement from left to right to facilitate pedestrian access along each side. This design ensures that the racks are adequately spaced apart, promoting good airflow across each shelf. Moreover, these racks can function either as drip systems or flood & drain systems.
Table and Propagation Unit
The standard configuration of our table includes a built-in sink, offering a convenient area for washing tools, trays, and grow columns. Equipped with flood and drain shelves, the table proves ideal for the propagation of seedlings or cuttings. At the table's base, you'll find a water tank, control system, and pump, providing the flexibility to customise the nutrient solution for various crop types.
Control System
Manage all facility parameters effortlessly using a user-friendly app. This application empowers you to establish nutrient formulas, regulate light intensity, and monitor temperature, humidity, and Vapour Pressure Deficit (VPD) in your grow room. Keep a record of data to achieve consistent results after each harvest.
